Great product normal pre-workout always made me feel jittery this gave me a great boost. Used it both pre run and gym and felt it worked well with both. Been taking just over a week can feel my focus improved most of.the day with no afternoon crash. No jitters from the caffeine but can definitely feel the kick when lifting in the gym. Carnosine acts as a buffer and reduces the level of acid present in muscles, therefore helping reduce muscle fatigue.

Beetroot Extract

A nitrate rich ingredient, this is converted to nitric oxide which supports physical performance through vasodilation (widening of blood vessels) and muscle contractility (increase in the force of contraction). A key effect of dietary nitrate is that it reduces the oxygen demand of exercise, meaning the muscles need less oxygen to maintain a given work rate, thereby improving exercise efficiency, fatigue resistance and exercise performance.
