Great product normal pre-workout always made me feel jittery this gave me a great boost. Used it both pre run and gym and felt it worked well with both. Been taking just over a week can feel my focus improved most of.the day with no afternoon crash. No jitters from the caffeine but can definitely feel the kick when lifting in the gym.
