Pre-Shot and Electrolyte+ work on the day. The rest build up with daily use, so the bundle you pick decides how early to start.
Start a full training block out. Collagen takes the longest.
Start 4 weeks out. That gives Beta Alanine its 4 weeks and Lactic Acid Buffer well over its first 10 days.
Works from your first session. Try both in training before race day.
Typical timings with daily use. Everyone responds differently.

Works so well!
Previously used bi carb supplements for my lactate buffer and had to swallow so many capsules while still fearing some gut reaction. This stuff removes all of that with no adverse gut reaction. Tastes great and definitely helped me in my recent hybrid race. Felt strong on the runs.
Great product
Been using Lactic Acid Buffer for almost a week and improved / speed up my recovery massively. After hard sessions next morning my muscles ache but after using this product I can see difference. Great product and great taste. 👍💪
Very impressed with the product
Very impressed with the product, easy to take and helping training, noticed my recovery time is a lot shorter.
I race Hyrox, mainly to keep me fit and give me a goal to work towards. But, like many, I juggle it around parenting, work and other commitments.
I started Interval because I believed that supplementation could be simpler. I wanted more convenient options with less things to remember to take, better value (combining ingredients where possible) and I wanted them to taste nice, especially at 6am. As the brand has grown and I've raced more, I've become obsessed with finding those 1%s and how I can extract more from myself.
I keep it simple. Lactic Acid Buffer is in my glass every morning with creatine and beta-alanine. The best routine is the one you can do consistently.

The products behind the bundles, sold on their own.
Lactic Acid Buffer, creatine and collagen are 30 servings each, so the Interval Bundle covers a 30-day block. Pre-Shot and Electrolyte+ are for session days.
About 4 weeks for the Lactic Acid Buffer Bundle and a full training block for the Interval Bundle. Pre-Shot and Electrolyte+ work on the day, but try them in training first. And you know the rule, nothing new on race day.
Yes. Lactic Acid Buffer and creatine in the morning, Pre-Shot 15 to 30 minutes before hard sessions, Electrolyte+ while you train and collagen once a day.
Bundles come as listed. You choose the bottle colour.
Subscriptions are on single products only. Lactic Acid Buffer has its own 2-week subscription on its product page.
