How to get rid of lactic acid in your legs: what actually works
Here's the fact that reframes the whole question: your body clears lactate from working muscle within about an hour of stopping. If your legs still ache tomorrow, lactic acid left the scene long before the soreness arrived.

The options, compared
The burn during exercise
When you push past threshold, muscles produce hydrogen ions faster than they clear them. pH drops and force fades. Lactate gets produced at the same time, which is how it got framed for a crime it didn't commit; it's actually recycled as fuel.
You can't "flush" the burn mid-session with water or massage. What you can do:
Pace below threshold for longer. Training raises your lactate threshold, which is the single biggest lever. Threshold intervals, tempo work, consistent blocks. There's no supplement version of this.
Active recovery between efforts. Easy movement clears lactate faster than standing still. Keep moving between Hyrox stations or intervals rather than bending over your knees.

The soreness after
Next-day soreness is DOMS: microscopic muscle damage and the inflammation that follows, peaking 24-72 hours after hard or unfamiliar work. Lactic acid plays no part at that point.
What helps: easy movement, sleep, adequate protein, and time. What's oversold: anything promising to "flush lactic acid" the day after a session. The lactate is already gone.

Blood lactate typically returns to baseline within 30-60 minutes of stopping exercise, faster with easy active recovery. Soreness the next day is DOMS, which is muscle damage rather than lactic acid.
Massage may help you feel better, but lactate clears on its own within the hour regardless. Any benefit from massage relates to soreness and perceived recovery, and the effect on DOMS is modest.
Sodium bicarbonate has the strongest evidence for buffering acidity during high-intensity exercise. Beta-alanine works over weeks by raising muscle carnosine. Lactate-based buffers have mixed evidence. No supplement removes soreness the day after training.
